This is our 6TH hop....can you believe it?! Things will run the same as always but here's a recap for the newbies:

1. To be eligible for prizes, you must link up a newly created coffee, tea &/or cocoa project.Random.org is used to draw for winners. (NO backlinking)

2. We ask all Super Sponsors and participants to turn off word verification. Please note that there is an annoying glitch with blogger. Even if a person does not have word verification, it still shows up. You can ignore it because it really isn’t working as a true word verification. If someone actually has word verification, it will give you an error message.

3. We encourage commenting on all projects that link up for the hop. Please note that it makes it difficult for commenters if you post to a gallery that needs a login/password. Photobucket is a gallery that we continue to have challenges with…please contact me if you want suggestions for other galleries.

4. Alumni of this FB group know that we offer up prizes for Super Star Commenters...those are the Rock Stars that take the time to comment on ALL of the projects that link up. Please note that this is a PERK for being part of this awesome FB group.

"MINI COFFEE RECIPE BOOK"

I'd like to share the recipe from "Alphabet Soup" By Katy
She has this and more incredible coffee recipes!!!

Homemade Cinnamon Dolce Latte

6-8 ounces strong brewed coffee

6 ounces heated milk (I again used the fat-free half-and-half)

2-4 Tbsp cinnamon simple syrup, to taste (recipe follows)

whipped cream

cinnamon for sprinkling
In a large mug, mix together the coffee, milk, and cinnamon syrup. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy. Repeat if necessary. ;)

Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup golden brown sugar
6 inches of cinnamon stick, broken into small pieces
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and let boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain out cinnamon pieces and store, covered, in the refrigerator.
